1. What are your biggest sellers?

Our farm-raised Atlantic Salmon and our large shrimp 

2. What is the best thing to grill? 

Swordfish, salmon, tuna, grouper, and shrimp can all be put directly on the grill and make a great dinner!

3. How do I cook your homemade crab cakes? 

Pan-frying is best, a couple of minutes on each side. They are already cooked, just need to be fried up. 

4. How do you cook your homemade stuffed sole? 

350 degrees for 30 minutes with a little butter or white wine on top

5. Do you take American Express? 

Yes!

6. Do you accept cash? 

Yes!

7. Do you deliver? 

We do not do residential delivery 

8. Do you cook anything you sell? 

The only things we will cook are lobsters and blue crab crabs when they are in season.
